Participants must:

• • Possess a valid driving license.
• • Ride a legally registered and insured motorcycle.
• • Wear an ISI/DOT/ECE-certified helmet and appropriate riding gear.
• • Be physically and mentally fit to participate in the ride.

All riders are expected to:

• • Follow traffic rules and regulations at all times.
• • Ride responsibly and maintain safe distances.
• • Avoid dangerous overtaking or reckless riding.
• • Follow instructions from ride captains and marshals.
• • Attend rider briefings before the start of rides.
• • Refrain from riding under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any impairing substances.
• • Ensure their motorcycle is properly maintained and roadworthy.

Biking Spiders reserves the right to remove any participant who poses a safety risk.

We strive to create a respectful and welcoming riding community. Participants must:

• • Treat fellow riders with courtesy and respect.
• • Avoid abusive, discriminatory, threatening, or harassing behavior.
• • Respect local communities, residents, and environments visited during rides.
• • Avoid behavior that damages the reputation of the riding community.
• • Support fellow riders whenever reasonably possible.

Violation of these standards may result in suspension or permanent removal from rides, groups, and events.

Biking Spiders reserves the right to:

• • Change routes.
• • Modify itineraries.
• • Change accommodation providers.
• • Adjust schedules.
• • Cancel events due to weather, safety concerns, road conditions, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Such decisions are made solely for participant safety and operational reasons.

Participation in rides may involve photography, videography, drone footage, and interviews. By participating, you consent to being photographed or recorded for community, promotional, and marketing purposes as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

All logos, designs, graphics, videos, photographs, and content published by Biking Spiders remain the property of Biking Spiders unless otherwise stated.

Biking Spiders reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate participation without refund for safety violations, misconduct, or breaches of these Terms.
